You could not ask for a better and more accommodating hostess! Thank You Patricia. The home is lovely, clean, well organized and lots of amenities. The beds were comfortable and once we got oriented, we enjoyed our stay entirely. The washer/dryer were a huge plus. We got an extra delivery of water and so handy to Costco and La Comer (supermarket). All walking distance. We used Uber to get to El Centro, some restaurants we wanted to sample (all excellent) and to go shopping. So inexpensive, Uber is a breeze and much cheaper than US, so be sure your phone service is active for Mexico and super convenient. this is a charming condo, chic, clean, cozy and the hostess is super. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to stay at a resort or in town where it is quite noisy - why not stay here and enjoy all the conveniences of home!”

“Loved the property, however it was a bit far from Malecon and I found dogs barking late at night and early morning a bit annoying. Also, my roommate and I had difficulty having hot water in the shower consistently. If it was running, it was only for a short while. We took many cold showers. The location is perfect for relaxation and parties. It is spacious, clean and 5 mins walk from supermarket and restaurants. However, as a tourist, it’s a bit far from the Boardwalk. Id prefer something a bit closer. The host is wonderful and replies to all questions almost instantly.”

“We had an amazing time, the house is perfect, it has all the comforts of luxury, everything is functional, everything is accommodated, it is super nice to be there. The spaces are perfect, the TV, the wifi, everything you need in the kitchen, the patio is super nice, the furniture and the decoration of each space, they are like a boutique hotel, it is wonderful!! Also, it's close to 3 blocks to La Comer, Costco and everything you need for food consumption. Again, thank you very much!”

“Best place I have stayed in PV! Close to excellent restaurants, malecón, Romantic zone, shopping and airport. I had an amazing stay at Patricia's Home! Everything was as described, very spacious with lots of room to spread out, was very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need, bed was very comfortable shower is large with great pressure and hot water. Patio was so relaxing to hear music or have a drink. Checking in was quick and easy. Patricia is a wonderful hostess responding quickly to any question we had, don't hesitate to book here!!! I will definitely be back!.”

“Patricia’s home was just as advertised. It was beautifully decorated and had ample room for our family! The home had several comfortable areas for lounging and relaxing: a nice patio, kitchen, living room, as well as a separate Tv room! The area of Fluvial is a couple of street away from Versallas, which is gaining a reputation for its many restaurant. Only about 15 minutes by Uber to the Romantic Zone…it makes a great place to stay!”
