The beach club and clubhouse were much better than expected. Master bedroom on the first level and additional bedrooms on the upper level provided private living spaces. Is it cheaper to book directly instead of through Airbnb?
Usually, yes. Booking direct skips the platform service fee, and the nightly rate you see here is the same one synced to our Airbnb calendar — often lower once that fee is removed.
Who do I talk to if something comes up during my stay?
The owner — not a call center. Every home is personally kept by the family that owns it, so questions about check-in, local recommendations, or anything that comes up go straight to someone who lives here.
Can I host a wedding or group event at one of these homes?
Several of our homes are well suited to wedding weeks and larger groups — multiple bedrooms, private pools, and space to gather. Tell us your headcount and dates through the contact form and we will point you to the right fit.
Are any homes good for golf trips?
Yes — homes in Nuevo Vallarta near El Tigre Golf Club put you a short drive from the course, with room for a golf group to stay together.
Can I book a long-term or month-plus stay?
Yes. Several homes support extended bookings for remote work or a longer winter stay, with a long-term cancellation policy built for stays of 28 nights or more.
How do I know the dates shown are actually available?
Our calendar syncs with Airbnb in real time, so if a home shows open dates here, they are genuinely open — you are not booking against a stale calendar.
