Privacy policy

We collect only what a reservation needs: your name, email, phone number if you share it, and your stay dates. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.

We use your email to send booking confirmations and to answer messages you send us. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the services required to operate the site (Stripe for payments, our email provider for confirmations).

Booking records are kept as long as Mexican tax law requires (CFDI compliance), then deleted. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, write to info@myheavenlystay.com.
