Terms of service

A reservation is confirmed when payment completes and you receive a confirmation code. Booking a home also means you accept our Rental agreement. Quoted totals include Mexican lodging taxes (IVA, ISH) and the Jalisco environmental fee. We collect no security deposit; instead, Stripe keeps the card you book with on file and documented damages may be charged to it, as described in our Damage policy.

Each home’s cancellation policy is shown on its page and in your confirmation email; that policy governs refunds. Check-in and check-out times, guest limits, and house rules are part of these terms — homes are private residences in residential neighborhoods, and we enforce quiet hours.
